1. What this site is
This website describes the CleanoutReady quote and referral service for estate and whole-home cleanouts, hosts free educational articles and tools, and lets you request a free quote. Using the site means you accept these terms.
2. The referral model
CleanoutReady is not a hauling or cleanout company and performs no cleanout work. Submitting the quote form asks us to contact you and, where coverage exists, to connect you with at most one independent local professional admitted under our vetting standard. It does not create a service contract, charge you anything, or obligate either of us. Any cleanout work, its pricing, its scheduling, and its warranties are set out in the written agreement you make directly with the provider, who is an independent business and not our employee or agent.
3. The one-pro promise
Our standing commitment about your request: it goes to at most one matched provider, or to nobody, and we tell you which. We do not sell requests to lead lists. If we cannot serve your area yet, we say so plainly. This promise is about how we handle your information and our referrals; it is not a guarantee that coverage exists in any particular area or that any provider will accept any particular job.
4. Estimates and educational content
Articles, calculators, and tools are provided for general information, with the sourcing and honesty rules described in our editorial standards. Estimates are planning guides built on stated, editable assumptions and are not quotes. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice; see the full disclaimer.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping the quote form with bots, no submitting other people's personal information, no attempting to disrupt the service. We may decline or discontinue service where these terms are abused.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanoutReady is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, and is not a party to, or liable under, any agreement between you and an independent provider. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted here.
